If you need to request a return, please note that products must be unopened,
unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items
that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or simply no longer
wanted. If you receive an incorrect product or the wrong quantity, please
contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can arrange a replacement, send
missing items, or issue a refund once the original item is returned in proper
condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days, and returns without
prior authorization may not be processed. To start a return, email us at support@kailiecolors.com
with your order number—customers are responsible for return shipping costs
unless the issue is our error.

Free Shipping within the U.S. for orders over $39, exclusive of tax. Orders under $39 ship at a flat rate of $7.49.
Once your order is fulfilled within 1–2 business days, standard shipping

Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
- Currently, we ship within the US only. However, we are excited to announce that we will be expanding our shipping options to the globe soon!
- Once we receiver your order, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days.
Please remember that we process orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long do the nails last?
Depends on the type of adhesive used and how well you prep:
- With adhesive tabs (complimentary), the nails typically last up 3-7 days.
- With nail glue (complimentary), they can last up to 3-4 weeks with proper care.
To maximize durability, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals.
What comes with my purchase?
- A set of handcrafted nails (10 pcs).
- Each set also comes with a toolkit: an alcohol pad, a nail file, a cuticle stick, a sheet of 3M sticky tabs, and glue.

Are the nails customizable?
We do not offer custom sizes at the moment, but you can always file them down or use a blow dryer to gently heat them for easy shape adjustments.
